Darcy Hoellwarth is Chief Government Affairs Officer & General Counsel for GridMatrix. Darcy serves on the company’s executive team and advises the organization in connection with all legal matters. Prior to joining GridMatrix, Darcy served as general counsel for a Northwest-based telecommunications company for 5 years where she was in charge of negotiating infrastructure contracts with government entities around the West, as well as managing regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Darcy also managed all contracts with suppliers, contractors and corporate customers and advised the company’s executives and board of directors.

Earlier in her career, Darcy was a corporate and real estate attorney at a law firm in Silicon Valley. She earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Political Science Public Service from the University of California, Davis and her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she interned with Chief Justice Ronald George of the California Supreme Court.
